John LeBlanc

Treasurer

John LeBlanc is the Treasurer for Usona Institute. In this capacity, he leads the Finance and Accounting team serving Usona Institute. Key responsibilities include short and long-term business planning, financial and management reporting, financial transaction process optimization, contract management and internal controls.

John also currently serves as Senior Financial Advisor to Promega Corporation and he was the Senior Financial Officer at Promega Corporation from 2013 thru 2021.

Prior to joining Promega, John was the Vice President and Global Practices Leader for Experis, the professional services business unit of ManpowerGroup a $20 billion business services industry company servicing customers in more than 100 countries. As Global Practices Leader, he managed a team responsible for product management, service quality, as well as the development and deployment of a global business model to 30+ countries. Previously, John was Vice President of Product Management and Human Resources for Jefferson Wells, the largest of ManpowerGroup’s professional services businesses with more than 40 offices globally. John was at ManpowerGroup for 9 years.

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, John spent 23 years at Arthur Andersen and then BearingPoint, where he was a Partner and Managing Director, respectively. John’s roles included managing the Central Region Enterprise Resource Planning, Finance & Accounting, Education and Healthcare Industry practices, as well as leading and growing the Milwaukee Office business consulting practice. Earlier in his career at Arthur Andersen, John was an external auditor and tax services provider serving closely held businesses.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University in Bloomington. He attended three Executive Programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management on topics such as sales management, international growth and product development.
